Is Royal Flush Poker real-money gambling?
No. Royal Flush Poker is strictly play-money and for entertainment only. Virtual chips have no real-world cash value and cannot be cashed out.
I lost my chips or progress. Can you restore it?
Progress is stored on your device by default. If you enabled optional cloud save through Google Play Games, sign in on your device to restore your latest snapshot. If you still need help, email us with your display name.
How do in-app purchases and refunds work?
Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store. For refund requests, please review the Google Play refund policy. If a purchase didn't credit correctly, contact us and we'll investigate.
How do I remove ads?
Rewarded ads are always optional and opt-in. Membership options in the in-app store can remove ads — see the store within the App for details.
