Account & Data Deletion

In short: Royal Flush Poker stores most data locally on your device. You can delete it instantly by uninstalling or clearing app data. To delete optional cloud-save data and any data we hold, send a deletion request using the steps below.

Delete data stored on your device

Because the game is offline-first, your profile, chips, and progress are stored locally by default. To remove this data immediately:

Delete optional cloud-save data

If you enabled cloud save through Google Play Games Services, your saved game is associated with your Google account. You can delete it from Google Play Games → Settings → Delete Play Games data, or include a request in the email below and we will help.

Request deletion of your account & data

To request deletion of your account profile and any associated personal data we hold, follow these steps:

  1. Email contact@royalflushpoker.app from the address associated with your support requests.
  2. Use the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include your in-app display name so we can locate your records.
  4. We will confirm receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or complete transactions. Purchase records held by the Google Play Store are governed by Google's policies. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and then deleted.
