In short: Royal Flush Poker is offline-first and play-money only. The core game runs without an account. We don't sell your personal information. Optional features like cloud save and rewarded ads use Google services and are described below. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Galadriel Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Royal Flush Poker mobile application (the "App"). It applies to the App and does not cover third-party services that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Profile data — an optional display name and avatar you choose within the App.
- Support communications — if you contact us, we receive the email address and content you send.
Information created as you play
- Gameplay & progress — virtual chip balance, experience level, statistics, and settings. By default this is stored locally on your device.
Information collected automatically by third parties
- Purchases — handled by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation of entitlements, not your full payment details.
- Advertising — optional rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process advertising identifiers and device data per its own policies.
- Optional cloud save — if you sign in, Google Play Games Services stores your saved game progress under your Google account.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App and your gameplay experience;
- To save and restore your progress (locally, and via cloud save if enabled);
- To process optional in-app purchases and deliver entitlements;
- To serve optional rewarded advertisements;
- To respond to your support requests and enforce our Terms.
4. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Google services whose data practices are governed by their own policies:
- Google Privacy Policy (Play Services, Play Games, Play Billing)
- Google AdMob advertising
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process information based on your consent (e.g., optional ads and cloud save), the performance of our agreement with you (providing the App), and our legitimate interests (security and improvement). You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Data Retention
Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Cloud save data persists with your Google account until you remove it. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to assist you and meet legal obligations.
7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Transfers
Third-party providers such as Google may process data in countries other than yours. Those transfers are governed by the providers' safeguards and policies.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
